Founded in 1924, FORDS is the world's leading supplier of Capping Presses and have supplied over 10,000 machines to 76 countries. FORDS are widely known for their expertise in sealing and closure technology both to machine builders and to end users alike.

FORDS' own products include capping presses and rotary sealers, induction or conduction, all of which are designed and manufactured at the company's modern factory premises at Kempston, near Bedford, England.

FORDS supplies capping presses and sealing turrets to many of the world’s leading filler manufacturers and is working with these companies on a number of joint technical developments, particularly in the field of cap sterilisation and induction sealing systems for aseptic and ESL applications.

FORDS prides itself on its strong reputation for quality and service and has a dedicated team providing around-the-clock service support for all its products. The Customer Care team works closely with customers to develop maintenance and service programmes and operator training courses to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency of its machines and total customer satisfaction.
