FORDS RS rotary sealing systems offer fully automatic, continuous, tamper evident sealing for a wide variety of containers at speeds between 80 and 450 cpm (or higher on request) and for aluminium foil closures with or without pull tab up to 110 mm diameter.

The RS sealers offer a high degree of control of all important sealing parameters and are well suited for sealing a variety of products including hot filled liquids and difficult containers such as glass and tinplate. Both machine speed and sealing time can be operator adjusted and sealing time remains constant irrespective of machine speed. Individual temperature monitoring and control of each sealing head are provided as well as a 'no cap - no seal' feature.
