FORDS manufacture a range of free-standing rotary sealing systems providing fully automatic, continuous, tamper evident sealing for a wide variety of containers at speeds between 80 and 600 cpm (or higher on request).
Utilising either induction or conduction sealing technology, the free-standing sealer can operate independently in a filling line or be syncronised mechanically or electronically with a filling machine.
The Fords Rotary Sealer is designed to operate in conjunction with the Fords Capping Press.
With an increasing number of customers moving towards plastic packaging, foil is increasingly seen as the obvious choice for the primary closure and the Fords Rotary Sealer is the perfect addition to a packaging line.
Designed for the rigours of the harsh dairy environments, the Fords Rotary Sealer is fully stainless steel clad and can be supplied with either conduction or the latest positive contact induction sealing head designs.
