Pouch Making Machines
RiteBag Duplex automatic high performance pouch making machines for stand-up and
3-side seal pouches produced from a single reel, eliminating wastage and scrap
material. The machines are particularly convenient for manufacturers of bags of
different sizes, in small quantities, either for your own use or for third parties.
RiteBag can produce stand-up bags 250-500mm wide x 100-400mm long at 140 bags/min
and 3-side seal bags up to 500mm wide x 100-200mm long at 300 bags/min. Larger
3-side seal bags 200-400mm long are produced at 150 bags/min. RiteBag can utilise
materials combined with PE or PP sealing bases, with mono/co-extrusions, both
printed and neutral, always guaranteeing highest manufacturing standards and maximum
seal resistance.

Ritefill Duplex automatic machines suitable for the packaging of pre-formed bags.
Two bags of the flat or stand-up type are packaged simultaneously. Output: 1,200-3,600
bags per hour. Max. volume: 2,000cm3 Ritepak Duplex complete-cycle automatic machines.
