26/05/2010: Successful completion of NVQ Business Improvement
We are pleased to announce that Lee Brocklesby, Christine Croymans, Craig Whitehead, Carol Phillips, Sherrie Henson, Steve James and Adrian Warne have successfully completed their NVQ level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques
The group have been working on projects to deliver real improvements in the business, and with the support of "Results", a training group, have successfully completed their NVQs after a lot of hardwork.
Jim Killeen of Results said "They went through with no problems, in fact the Internal Verifer commented on the strength of evidence and the quality of the projects - he was very impressed - and he has seen a lot of portfolios. I am sure that they will go on to work on further improvments for the business, applying what they have learned, and generating real world benefits for Fords Packaging Systems. I wish them and Fords Packaging Systems as a whole all the very best fortune for the future."
The team will now be looking at further improvement projects which will be implemented involving other members of the workforce
John Wheelwright, FORDS Managing Director added "This is a huge achievment for the team and I am very proud of the project results and their own personal development. It's an exiting time for FORDS and I am keen to use our new skills to be able to grow our business by offering customers ever increasing levels of service."
